Hmm, i guess that depends on the implementation of your bittorrent client. As 
for uTorrent I don't know. I do know that once I remove a .torrent, it is 
immediately removed from the rss feed, so if your bittorrent client uses the 
rss feed, I would figure you should be fine! ;)

I'm running on Linux, so I use a different client! (rtorrent)
