A set of OOo 2.3.0rc3 files was uploaded to the mirror network last
Tueasday (2007-09-11) according to Joost's announcement on the Releases
mailing list. Today Friday (2007-09-14) nothing has appeared on the P2P
network nor the RSS Feed, at least not on my machine. Is this normal or
is it a problem somewhere on the way (that might affect the uploading of
the stable 2.3.0 soon)?
I have looked both at the P2P download page
(http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/) and the RSS Feed. No rc3...
The announcement of the OOo 2.3rc2 files was dated 2007-09-06 and I
retreived the .torrent files the next morning (the 7th).
