It was, indeed. But, unfortunately, it has been now unresponsive (or very slow: downloads need 5 minutes or so to be served) for a couple of hours, again!
thanks for your report! Leif also pinged me, and I opened a ticket at OSUOSL. I hope the issue will be fixed soon.
I remember Bouncer being very reliable in 2.x times and I really wonder why it is so often in trouble these days. Being unable to download OOo is hardly acceptable given the good overall quality of the OOo infrastructure.
I absolutely agree. We currently work on a new solution and I hope to have something up and running soon. Will keep this list updated as soon as we have details.
MirrorBrain by Peter Poeml will play a role in this, but we have not yet thoroughly checked the details.
