Unfortunately, the content structure is different on each mirror, as the directory containing the archive tree is named differently.
hm... ftp://archive.services.openoffice.org/pub/openoffice-archive/ and http://archive.services.openoffice.org/pub/openoffice-archive/ should work always. Can you confirm that or did that stop working?
