I'd suggest you also let the Marketing folk <[email protected]>know 
about your service. There was some discussion there (and on another list) 
about just this type of thing - making OO.o available as a web app. Even 
though you offering probably doesn't fit the definition they use, they'd most 
certainly be very interested.

And from the Distribution standpoint, it's not really distribution (although 
my understanding of the what and the how you do your thing may be faulty), so 
really the only thing you need to do is to contact the Trademarks people for 
permission to use the OO.o logo.
