maybe it's working but is not an official released build. So the
One-Click downloader must not point to these kind of files.

would need to become
http://mirror.isoc.org.il/pub/openoffice.org.il/
As I cannot see any official released in the subdirs build I cannot do this.
You access these by going to: http://he.openoffice.org/ and clicking
any of the download links on the right-hand side.
I've CC'ed the l10n mailinglist where the Hebrew people can take care
of the problem as it is their subdomain in the OOo website.
If the Hebrew team would like to point to them, then it's up to this team.
