I have since found on the wiki
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/OpenOffice.org_Solutions
There are a number of headings here in which are appropriate for
GoPC.net This may be a starting point for what you have in mind.

I may of missed responses as I was not 'properly' subscribed to the
lists, but browsing the archives has not shown anything.

Still not sure whether 'Services and Solutions' is the best fit, as
new users I think are unlikely to look here. And I feel that GoPC.net
is an easy way for inexperienced computer users to trial
OpenOffice.org and other desktop software without having to send away
and receive media. The extra benefit being that they don't have to
download, install, and configure either which is often a barrier to
using products such as OOo.

GoPC does not provide media, but we are making OpenOffice.org
available globally - wherever there is an internet connection. One
thought I had is that people can use a GoPC.net account to have a play
with the software, and if they prefer to have it on their desktop
rather than in the 'cloud', then they will be more certain to order a
CD from a distributor.

Jacqueline
