The reason seems to be that the ISO files on the mirrors have different
names, which do not match the previous naming policy, e.g. see:
http://ftp.jaist.ac.jp/pub/openoffice/extended/iso/en/
If I compose an URL with this file names, for example
"http://download.services.openoffice.org/files/extended/iso/en/"; +
"OOo_3.2.0_Win32Intel_install_20100214.iso" =
"http://download.services.openoffice.org/files/extended/iso/en/OOo_3.2.0_Win32Intel_install_20100214.iso";
I am forwarded to one of the mirrors and the download will work.
If you want an issue in the tracker for that, I would need your user name.
