I've never heard of either of the items you mention. 

However, my first reaction is to wonder where you downloaded OpenOffice.org 
(OO.o) from. For security's sake, it is a bad idea to download from anywhere 
other than the official OO.o download page 
(<http://download.openoffice.org/>).

So firstly, did you use the above site? If not, then we can't really help, 
since the download site you used is not under our control.

If you did reach the download from our site, then it is probably that you 
picked up the spyware/virus from another source (for example, do you use 
Facebook? There are several Facebook app which install various "toolbars", 
which are nothing more than spyware).
