TBH, I fail to understand why the devs feel it necessary to call it "Windows-
Intel". The inclusion of "Intel" is totally redundant - I have heard of Windows for ARM, but it seems only a rumour. Every Windows box (and laptop) I've ever seen ran on x86 hardware. Couple that with the fact that there is no Windows-ARM port of OO.o, and those machines which might use Win-ARM would probably not be able to run OO.o anyhow, I can see no good or valid reason not to simply call it "OO.o for Windows [32 or 64]).

I agree with Alex on this. To those that are "new" to computers it is/can be confusing, the original message show this.
