please check if the MD5 checksum for the original package is same compared with the downloaded file. The checksums and instructions how to create the checksum for your local file can be found here:

http://www.openoffice.org/dev_docs/using_md5sums.html

If the checksums do not match please download again, maybe from a different server that is near to you:

http://distribution.openoffice.org/mirrors/#mirrors

I hope this helps to get a valid installation file.
