I don't know if we ever have released OOo for Zulu but the language is
available in our translation system (Pootle). However, the current
translation ratio with 15% is not high enough. That means the most
strings are in English (as you can see here:
http://pootle.services.openoffice.org) so it doesn't make sense to
release some builds.
Maybe you have the chance to change this? If so please ask for help on
the "d...@l10n.openoffice.org" mailing list.

I am involved with teaching skills to Zulu farmers and rural people - many who
are either semi-literate or illiterate and to be able to start with a programme
in their own language would be such an advantage.
