The download site lists OpenOffice.org Windows Intel w/o JRE German as
available and links to
http://download.services.openoffice.org/files/localized/de/3.3.0/OOo_3.3.0_Win_x86_install_de.exe.
However, the file is not available.
Also, the layout of the download site is rather weired. Even with a
screen width of 1280 px and minimized navigation bar, there is still a
horizontal scroll bar (tested with Firefox 4).
