You can find prior versions of OpenOffice.org at
http://archive.services.openoffice.org/pub/openoffice-archive/stable/ .
Another thing you could try is, and I am guessing your using some
version of Windows, reset the user profile. There is a directory under
each user .openoffice.org , make sure to exit _all_ OOo processes
including Quick Starter if running, rename this directory. Restart any
of the OOo process and the directory will be recreated with default
settings. You may need to search for the directory but it will be
somewhere under the user directory.
