Justin Mclean commented on DI-30:
---------------------------------

Is there a reason for the replies need to go back to bitergia.com email
addresses? Wouldn't the D&I list be better suited?

I think we also need to be very clear on what Bitergia are going to do with
"will need to send out emails to various groups within the ASF. " i.e how many
emails, containing what and and to what groups. Can one of their team members
give us an idea of what is intended?

> Create an Apache Alias for Bitergia's communications
> ----------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: DI-30
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DI-30
> Project: Diversity and Inclusion
> Issue Type: Task
> Reporter: Katia Rojas
> Assignee: Sam Ruby
> Priority: Major
>
> This Alias will be used for Bitergia's communications while launching the
> survey. We are currently working with Bitergia in the Survey Design &
> Contributor Experience Research project.
> The main purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from all existing ASF
> contributors about the current level of diversity and inclusion, including
> education, age, socio-economic status, and gender.
> The Alias should be:
> [email protected]
> We thought this would be a good alias because it avoids the loaded
> ‘diversity’ and ‘demographic’ terms.
> Thanks!
