I filter everything, and I read my @apache.org address frequently;
emails to committers@ much less frequently. So we have one data point
each way. Anyone have real, statistical data here? Otherwise we're
just pluraling anecdotes.

The security and reliability of uploading individual @apache.org
addresses has already been reviewed and approved elsethread. Do you
have a specific reason why you explicitly believe we can't trust
LimeSurvey to only use addresses for this survey?

Note that using individual @apache.org addresses allows individual
tokens which we want to use for tracking responded/didn't respond as
well, so changing the plan to use a single committers@ alias email would
lose data.
