'Manage roles' popup is open
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Look at 'Manage roles' popup
# Click 'Add group'
# Click 'Roles'
*Actual result:*
# 'Add group' button and dropdown lists are not aligned
# 'Select roles' drop down list is cropped from the right side
*Expected result:*
1. 'Add group' button and dropdown lists should be aligned
