*Preconditions:*
1. environment is created
2. "health status page" is open
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. click "Backup" button
2. uncheck all options
3. Close "Backup options"
4. click "Backup" button again
*Actual result:*
"Apply" button is not active
*Expected result:*
"Apply" button is active
