Description:
*Preconditions:*
"Manage environment" popup is open in Microsoft Edge or Firefox browsers
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Put negative value in text box, for example <-9>
*Actual result:*
1. error message overlays on "Stop" "Terminate" icons only for Microsoft Edge
and Firefox browsers

*Expected result:*
Error message is under text box (as in Chrome browser )
