*Preconditions:*
1. for user1 edge is created
2. for user2 edge is not created
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. log in with user2
2. log out with user2
3. log in with user1
*Actual result:*
upload key is offered for user1
*Expected result:*
upload key is NOT offered for user1, because edge is already created for the
user1
