Hi Dmytro, No Software Grant Agreement ( SGA ) means some software grant agreement should be issued from original developer (in this case EPAM Systems). This document is a text file confirming all rights to software are now transferred to the ASF. SGA can be printed, signed and scanned and then sent to secret...@apache.org. BTW brand donation is required as well, if product keep original name/logo.
Have DLAb been ever released? I see in source POMs that there is RAT plugin enabled (apache-rat-plugin) both in integration tests&for parent POM file. So I suppose last 2 lines are about there was no release yet, so LICENSING issues were not checked before.
