As an admin I want to see connection status to endpoint so that I can easily
determine if this endpoint is connected to a project.

(?) Endpoint status: <Disconnected>/<Connected>
(?) If endpoint status is connected: endpoint -> Active, Edge node status ->
stopped/stopping/running/starting/failed/terminating/terminated
(?) If endpoint status is disconnected: endpoint -> N/A, Edge node status -> N/A
(?) Or to convey health-check status to Endpoint
