Description:
As an admin I want to see connection status to endpoint so that I can easily
determine if this endpoint is connected to a project.

1. Endpoint status: <Disconnected>/<Connected>
1.1. If endpoint status is connected: (?) endpoint -><Name_endpoint>
Active/Inactive, Edge node status ->
/creating/stopped/stopping/running/starting/failed/terminating/terminated/creating
1.2. If endpoint status is disconnected: (?)endpoint -><Name_endpoint> N/A,
Edge node status -> N/A
(?) Or to convey health-check status to Endpoint instead of Active/Inactive/N/A
