1. EMR v.5.1.9 is created
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Go to EMR via ssh
# Run a command 'spark-submit --version'
*Actual result:*
1. Error appears: log4j:ERROR Either File or DatePattern options are not set
for appender [DRFA-stderr].
log4j:ERROR setFile(null,true) call failed.
java.io.FileNotFoundException: /stdout (Permission denied)
*Expected result:*
There is no any error
