*Preconditions:*
1. Notebook is in running status in AWS
2. User is located on 'Resources list' page
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Click action menu for notebook
2. Chose 'Open terminal'
*Actual result:*
1. Web terminal is not opened successfully
Error 401 for tunnel connection
*Expected result:*
Web terminal is opened successfully without error
