Description:
After recreating project with the same name, roles and service accounts are not
valid. To fix it, we should add something unique to names of roles and service
accounts.

A bug reproduces if deploy previously failed SSN using the same name.
*Preconditions:*
SSN creation with name 'test1' failed
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create again SSN with the same name 'test1'
*Actual result:*
SSN recreation with name 'test1' failed due to undeleted roles
*Expected result:*
SSN recreation with name 'test1' is succesful
NOTE: Also investigate why some IAM role is note deleted after SSN terimation
(see attachment)
