Also this case reproduces if deploy previously failed SSN using the same name.
*Preconditions:*
SSN creation with name 'test1' failed
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create again SSN with the same name 'test1'
*Acual result:*
SSN recreation with name 'test1' failed due to undeleted roles
*Expected result:*
SSN recreation with name 'test1' is succesful
