Fix For: v.2.3
If admin creates or edits a project he can choose:
* to use DLab shared image
* to use project shared image.
Now we have only one 'use shared image', that means to use DLab shared image.
Two radio buttons should be on DLab UI:
* use DLab shared image
* use project shared image
