1. Uploading functional move to above the 'Close' button
*Fix:*
1. Remove 'Upload' button if object has been already uploaded.
2. Error message for folder name should not cover the any object beneath itself
3. The bucket should not be copied as a folder during uploading
4. Alter error message for folder name to 'The folder name can only contain
Latin letters, numbers and special characters except for #, ?, /, \, "'
