As a user I want to use Grafana, so that I can monitor and troubleshoot the
cluster performance.

**Acceptance criteria:**
1. "Grafana" link should be on cluster name popup
2. If user clicks on "Grafana" link the window of Grafana metrics dashboard
will be opened in new tab
