Description:
1. If name folder contains '%' the folder won't be created.
So add '%' as a symbol which is not allowed to create a folder
2. If switch between buckets and bucket name is too long autofocus should be in
the beginning
3. Align bucket path and value
4. [List of resource]: Rename 'Select active project' -> 'Select project'
5. All project should be available if even they have
stopped/terminated/terminating/stopping/starting statuses
