This bug is reproduced if refresh data on 'Billing report' page.

# Billing is available
# User is located on 'Billing report' page
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Click on 'Refresh' button several times
*Actual result:*
1. Grid values change their position
*Expected result:*
1. Grid values remain on their previous place
