Hassan created DLAB-2027: ---------------------------- Summary: Consumption wants to ban 902 numbers in customer service Key: DLAB-2027 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DLAB-2027 Project: Apache DLab Issue Type: Story Components: Infrastructure Reporter: Hassan Fix For: v.2.1
The Ministry of Consumption is preparing a law to prohibit 902 numbers in customer service services offered by some companies. It has ever happened to all of us that, after making a purchase, when faced with a problem we have found that *the only number that the company offered was a 902* . It may have been when a defective device arrived, wanting to change the conditions of a hotel reservation or any other management on a product already paid for. These expensive phone numbers are one of the *most common complaints from customers and consumer* [associations,|http://medium.com] but until now the problem had not been addressed directly. However, the Ministry controlled by Alberto Garzón has announced its intention to begin to legislate and limit said practice. The announcement has already been publicized on official government networks, although it has *yet to be detailed and approved* . -- This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v8.3.4#803005) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscr...@dlab.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: dev-h...@dlab.apache.org
