Yes. In *theory* the way around this is to use [EMAIL PROTECTED] to communicate between different language communities. Each NL member has to have someone on that list, who can speak enough English to communicate with everyone else. So Scott could put a note on [EMAIL PROTECTED] and the appropriate people would relay the message down to the NL teams. In *practice* I'm not sure OOo has enough coordination to make this work for all languages. But it might be worth a shot...
