I can see that what is needed is a step-by-step procedure for the naive user. Fortunately we have one who can help us, Jean are you listening? I am willing to help Jean get organized and setup but I also need her expertise in recording what a windows/solaris user needs.
So, Jean are you willing to help here when you get back home? (Forget about trying anything over the dialup)
I am very willing to help, but I would really prefer not to have to wait another 5 weeks until I get back home to get set up and running!
I hope to have occasional highspeed access during my travels, possibly as soon as next weekend and definitely between March 13-18. I'll try to set up an appointment with you during one of those times, if whatever Scott's providing doesn't solve my problem. (If it does, we might not need to cover details in the instructions, but just say "download this and run it".)
