A quich update to the setup guides:
1. Sophie please check the on-line and issue copies (they are the
same) I made some minor edits with record turned on. They need
your approval et cetera.
2. I updated the English version on the issue and on-line and
expect it will affect on-going efforts. Please see if it affects
your translation. Record changes is on.
