This page still needs a lot of tweaking, but you can get the idea.
(For example, the icons need to be smaller and the alignment tidied up.)

The Contributing page is very rudimentary right now. I know I have
some other things I want to add to it, but I can't think of them at
the moment.
Comments on both pages are welcome! (Including suggestions of better
icons. I grabbed these from Openclipart.org in a hurry.)
