I'll see what I can do - I'll only be able to do the Mandriva section, others 
will have to do the sections for other tools. I already have a SSH 
tunnel/key, and have a signed JCA on file - however, I don't think I have 
commit access to Documentation at this time, otherwise I could simply use CVS 
to put the new sections up...

Speaking of the guide... I've re-formatted the page size to make an A4 version 
which will be distributed with the CD ISO... I could also upload it for you 
if you wish (the reason is that most countries outside North America use A4, 
not US Letter).
