My name is Scott, and I live in Tennessee. I just got back from picking
up my daughter in Louisville, KY.
It's about 3.5 hours away from here. (Nashville Area)

I use Open Office every day. I've yet to "have" to open anything in
Microsoft Office, not since 2.0 came out. I'm a big proponent of Open
Source software and would love to be able to make a contribution.
I spent 16 years in marketing and back-doored my way into IT. Started
selling CADD Software, and then progressed into tech support,
networking and finally ended up doing it full-time. In the past I've
written training courses for some of the cadd applications I sold and
have also written tutorials for people to use to get up to speed on
various software around the office.
I'm not a programmer, but I'm moderately literate (for a Kentuckian)
and this seemed like a good place to try and make a contribution.
Anyway, thanks again for the welcome.
