I started to use a master document for the the guide starting with 0.8. Subsequently, a user pointed out that the page numbering is messed up in the PDF. Well, this is true and results from using the master document. I have corrected the root cause but now the page number is all messed up, I cat get all roman or all arabic but not the mix I could get with the single doc.
