A while back Jean suggested that the guide be arranged more like a book. I have been working on this since I had to rebuild the sources after getting the original on my site corrupted sufficiently that it wouldn't load. So here is the test layout locally:
Title page (right page) copyright (left page) page number is (i) modifications (right page) (ii) blank page for more mods (left page) (iii) Contents with no recorded header (right page) (iv) ...
