Hey everyone, My name is Andy and I am a technical writer from Casa Grande, AZ. I specialize in writing end user documentation for all kinds of software, documentation for Software Development Kits (SDKs) and Localization Development Kits (LDKs), and producing animated Feature Tours for software. I also have experience setting up and administering online documentation communities via web board and wiki.
