Not quite. M$ problem as Windows must not be treating the extensions as
case sensitive. They are different files. I do not use windows if I can
help it and only have a laptop with 6Gb of almost used up disk space for
accounting so I cannot test.
SCOTT you work with M$ stuff, any suggestiosn?
I will look at renaming the files.
Thanks!
Scott, would you like to tell me when you renamed them?
(Don't fell pressed - I've got enough to do for the moment, but perhaps
in two or three months...)
I used WinCVS before TortoiseCVS (which is for more convenient for
Windows users), but didn't have these problems in the projects I worked
with at that time.
As Christian told me, the actual version of CVS refuses to create such
possibly ambiguous files, but the ones mentioned here seem to be older.
There is not a workaround for
Windows. Windows treats the files as the same.
You may decide this to be a bug, but I don't know if this will change
one day or another. So we should avoid it, if possible.
Best regards
Bernhard
