Mr. Zhang, Are you aware that the documentation project mandate is only for user level information and does not have responsibility for developer docs. While we have members who would and can contribute in this area, the other projects have not released their documentation to our care. Thus, I suggest that you join the framework project at http://framework.openoffice.org/ and bring your concerns to the associated mailing lists. There is also a good chance that your concerns are already solved via the wiki. I have cc'd the framework list for you and set the reply-to field to that list.
