I used this UI a little bit. But there are only a few functions, nothing like 
FCK-Editor or Kupu (Both works with templates and the UI provide a nearly 
complete formating toolbar.).

I refered that not only to myself. I think many of the authors of 
documentation prefered to work with plone, because they used it for a long 
time. They are also used to a workflow etc.

I will do thlat next time. But there should be first clear, if all of the 
needed functions are present to provide docs in the correct nat-lang.
