Maybe a little off-topic (I'm not really studying this thread): a friend of mine mentioned the following:
"It is possible to use different languages with OmegaWiki. ( http://www.omegawiki.org/Main_Page )It will translate the word if availeble in there database. If not you can add it. It sounds good but I did not try it myself. It is open source and for free.
There is one risk thought. OmegaWiki is the owner of the translations. So if something might happen and OmegaWiki does not exist anymore you do have a big problem.
But it is to you if you feel the advantages are higher then the risks. Good luck.
