But if you want to keep things together (same topics in different languages), 
you could that do inside the OOo-Wiki only in the way Frank explained. There 
are different areas inside this wiki: nat-lang-content, qa, dev, 
documentation etc. And not all of this content is in different languages 
available (or plant to be available).
If you want an intuitive usable infrastructure we need a switch to another 
framework that's used inside the wider OOo-Community for documentation: 
plone. There every contributor could create a page in his own language (title 
etc.) and contributors with other nat-lang could translate that without a 
special knowledge about the correct URL.
