cc'ing the website list to forward this criticism.
also the support page itself looks problematic to me: again a huge
collection of links and resources. I think it's much better if the
toplevel pages on the ooo-website do not contain more than one screen of
content. See home, download and participate are fitting on one large
screen, support, projects, about are large lists of written text which
do not look that inviting to read,

changed the link as suggested, in CWS hcshared17.
We could also try to improve the www.openoffice.org web page - the
Support link is not really visible, but hides inside an ornamental color
bar with some text.
