The only restriction on Collections is that you must be logged in to
save your collection. If you are not logged into the Wiki, you can
build a collection, or load a predefined collection, and print it to
PDF. The collection will only last as long as your session though. If
you close the browser, or the session times out, the collection (for a
user who is not logged in) will be lost.
