Sorry for being not precise enough.
Unfortunately there is no way to add new Help text to OOo 3.0 or
possible 3.0.1 releases (except for possible show stoppers or other
severe bugs in the Help).
The next release on which the Help authors work right now is the OOo 3.1
release.
